Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. This is because we aim to process and pick your order as soon as we can, to ensure that you receive it as quickly as possible. You, as a customer, have the right to receive a full refund, if you return your unwanted items within two weeks.
