Which rules apply to complaints?

  • As a consumer in Sweden, you have a statutory three-year guarantee period. If you have purchased a product from the Polarn O. Pyret web shop, and discovered that it is faulty, defective or damaged in transit, we kindly ask you as a customer to make a complaint about the item. Two months is always deemed to be a reasonable period of time to complain about the item after the discovery of a fault/defect.

    We follow Sweden’s National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN) recommendations. You can contact ARN through their website or by sending a letter to Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. As a consumer, you can also complain via the EU’s Online Dispute Resolution platform that you access here.
