I am missing an item in my order, what do I do now?

If an item which the dispatch confirmation shows that you should have received is missing, please double-check your order – sometimes one item can get concealed between two others.
We always send all your items in the same bag and we do not dispatch any part deliveries. If you still can’t find the missing garment, please contact our Customer Service no later than five days from the date that you received/collected your parcel.
We routinely weigh each parcel and record the weight, as a means of flagging up or following up whether an item is missing from a delivery.
